Planning Notes for Homemade 2021
Facilities
- kitchen stuff - we need it ALL! Where to get it from?
- bedding - we need mattresses, how many can we get, and where from? Michi can bring... 4?
- furniture - we need more tables, how many can we get, and where from? Some couches would also be just AWESOME!
- Power cables - we need many to get enough power to the people!
--> https://w3rkhof.ch has 7 single and 2 double matresses, as well as 3 foldable foam matresses. Also plenty of kitchen stuff. Also sofas if needed. Also some power cords. https://share.repair has large size (12L?) cooking pot and 40 persons rice cooker. 1 Rako Box of swing arm lamps. Transport is needed. contact jana@mechatronicart.ch for all three
Rooms
Todo: discuss and decide the usage of the rooms
Shuttle to/from train + for groceries
- Who has a car that can be used for such?
Build-up and Tear-Down notes
- we need to carry the above things to / from the place.
- we need to clean some of the spaces beforehand (scheune? hackcenter?) and for sure afterwards again.
- trash... how can we leave "no traces"?
Questions to the owner
- How many mattresses could they provide?
- How is it with the 3 beds in the "Tantenhaus/Taverne", can we count them in, too?
- Can we use the furniture from "Tantenhaus/Taverne"?
