Feedback Dani: People are arriving every day. Organisational things are just mentioned on Sunday. Especially the workshop list and the Ämtliplan could be anounced every evening again. And new arrivals asked to add themselves to the Ämtlis.

Feedback Dani: Michi Egger is providing a lot of infrastructure every year quite informally. If he is not compensated for it anyway, we should think about it.

Note from Miranda: From my perspective, it seemed to be good to have a care team. It was also important that there were 3 of us. A few people said it was just nice to have someone to talk to in a potentially tense moment, and felt better just after talking about something that was bothering them. Thankfully, as far as I know, there were no critical incidents. I personally felt it was a really beautiful Homemade week.
I already suggested to Oli about making a feedback form, in case there are suggestions of things to be improved or some issues people want to bring up. Thanks Oli for sending that out!
One issue that came up a few times was about space and tensions arising from that. Some felt they were not receiving their fair share of communal space and some felt others were not willing to share the space they had taken. Maybe setting some guidelines and awareness about this for future Homemades could help with avoiding these kinds of tensions. Space can be something quite concrete (working space, space to plug into the mixer, etc...), but can also refer to something more abstract (having one's voice heard, etc..). It's important to remember from an organisational level that diverse voices must get equitable space and time for developing and showcasing their projects.
For future editions we could also think about how to ensure a safe space for the young people. There were maybe some teasing and pranks going on which were maybe not so funny for everyone involved, as far as I understand.
It would still be good to continue the awareness concept and action of SGMK, Homemade and Bitwäscherei in the future, for a safer space. Great work and thanks for all those who have been putting energy and care into this so far <3
Format Vorstellungsrunde
I really liked the new format for Vorstellungsrunde. I was a bit worried about organisational things because we moved the introduction to the second day. I propose to have two rounds in the future: on the first day quick introduction and explaining how things work (cooking teams, organisation, work areas, etc.) and then on the second day the proper introduction round which is more about projects and people. I think it would be also good to split it up because introduction+formal stuff together takes a long time.
