Ätz-Station update 2019
We just reinstalled some pumps, tubes and wires.
Measuring Temperature
Also we installed the Gär-Lämpli to measure the temperature
The temperature is display on the LED-ring starting at 25°C on the upper left and then in a circle to 55°C on the upper right. Also color changes according to temperature. if its yellow-orange optimal temperature is reached 45-50°C.

Preparation

Es wird eine NaOH Lösung vorbereitet, um anschliessend die belichteten Kupferplatten zu entwickeln

Reines Natriumhydroxid wird in ein Becherglas eingewogen, oder die abgepackten säckli verwenden
-
10g NaOH in 1L Wasser auflösen. Immer erst das Wasser dann die Lauge!

Rühren...
-
Heisses Wasser (ca. 35°C) in die Schale geben
-
Natronlauge im Behälter in die Schale mit warmem Wasser legen
-
Auf ca 35°C aufwärmen lassen
-
Temperatur mit Thermometer überwachen
Mask alignment and illumination

Folie auf das UV-Belichtungsgerät platzieren

Kupferplatte auf die Folie legen
-
Gerät schliessen, Zeit eingeben (ca. 2min)

Start
Development
-
Nun folgt der Prozess der Entwicklung. Nach dem Belichten, die Kupferplatte in das NaOH-Bad legen
-
Ca. 3 bis 5min wirken lassen und gelegentlich schwenken
-
Die Teile der Kupferplatte, welche belichtet wurden, werden durch das NaOH aufgelöst (Polymere brechen auf)
-
Kupferplatte aus dem Bad nehmen und mit Wasser abwaschen
Etching
-
Nun wird in einem Natrium Perfsulfat geätzt (ca. 400g Natriumpersulfat auf 1.5L Wasser)
-
Die Lösung wird auf ca. 50°C geheizt und mittels Thermometer überwacht
-
Die Kupferplatte wird zum Ätzen in das Peroxidbad gegeben und für 5min darin gelassen
-
Die Kupferplatte wird aus dem Bad genommen
Stripping / Final cleaning with acetone

Die Kupferplatte wird mit Wasser gespült
-
Eventuell noch mit Aceton nachwaschen, um den Fotolack zu entfernen
-
Um Aceton zu sparen am besten in einer wanne spülen, danach noch mit wasser abspülen

Ätze und Entwickler ins Hagenholz bringen. Die SGMK hat ein Kundenkonto.
