Feedback Dani: People are arriving every day. Organisational things are just mentioned on Sunday. Especially the workshop list and the Ämtliplan could be anounced every evening again. And new arrivals asked to add themselves to the Ämtlis.

War wieder super cool und vielfältig, bis natürlich auf das Extrem restriktive Feuerverbot vom Kanton^^.
Btw: Leider hat dies mal nicht wirklich geklappt mit den Prüfungen und dem Homemade, und während dem Homemade Lernmotivierung finden kann unter schlechte Umstände (z.B. Feuerverbot^^) sehr schwierig sein. Würde es eine Option geben das Homemade sogar noch 1 Woche früher als jetzt machen? Dann würde nicht so ein Problem sein wenn am Homemade nicht gelernt wird.

P.S. Was mir noch im Sinn gekommen ist wegen teilweise schlechten Schlafqualität im Massenschlag, vielleicht könnte ein neuer Eintrag bei der Zimmerzuteilung erfunden werden, wo Personen noch eingeben können ob sie ein persönliches Problem haben wenn es laut ist während dem Schlafen, und dann würden Lärm empfindliche Personen ev. für kleinere Zimmer bevorzugt. (Kopfhörer haben leider nichts gebracht gegen schnarchen, nur nach dem Wechsel in ein Zimmer zusammen mit nur Aaron und Flan, war der Schlaf wieder hochwertig...)

grundsätzlich: alles super cool und genial, einfach toll wie ihr das macht!!

was ich verdeutlichen würde ist das wc putzen. jeden tag mit seife und wasser als direkter job. das hat bis jetzt relativ gut geklappt, könnte aber noch besser werden.

Homemade 2026 war sehr schön, vielen Dank ans Orga-Team.
Wetter hat auch gut unterstützt - Teilnehmer konnten sich so gut verteilen,
Essen draussen möglich.
Sehr gut war, dass es auch etwas ruhigere Arbeitsplätze gab ... und die
Kücheninfrastruktur auch für die Gruppengrösse ausreichend war.

Grössenmässig (Anzahl Teilnehmer) stossen wir langsam an gewisse Grenzen ...
aber es sollte natürlich jeder teilnehmen können.

Bitte weiterhin Lagerhäuser, wo genug Platz für alle, und keine Schlösser, wo
Top-Unterbringung für wenige, Rest draussen - und Infrastruktur nicht auf
Gruppengrösse ausgerichtet. Insbesondere bei schlechtem Wetter wirds
dann zum Problem. Vernünftig Platz für alle - auch zum Arbeiten - ist sehr
wichtig. Und bitte nur homemade - nicht noch Unterbringung mit anderen
grösseren Gruppen.

Es darf gerne etwas teurer werden, damit ausreichend Platz / vernünftige
Infrastruktur. Habe diesbzgl. auch mit einigen (eher älteren) deutschen
Teilnehmern gesprochen ... die stimmen dem ebenfalls zu.
Übrigens bin ich auch der Ansicht, dass es fürs wirkliche Kern-Orga-Team
gratis sein sollte ...
Alkoholkasse unbedingt beibehalten, auch weniger Sauerei am Morgen!

Doku via Wiki: sehr schön, richtige Idee.

Workshops, Vorträge: Ggf. etwas  thematische Bündelung? Muss aber nicht
sein ...

Hoi, es war wieder mal sehr, sehr gut! Eventuell wäre ein stiller Raum mit Sofas nett, um mal kurz abzuschalten?

1. People need to know (beforehand) that their dedicated space isn’t a sacred temple. There was a lot of unpleasantness when 1-2 persons refused to move their project from the workshop area. 
2. Some people this year were very aggressive. This was not nice. I wish there was a peaceful way to mediate that. 
3. We need to talk about reimbursements (music/ artists/ lecturers/ workshops)
4. Mark needs to bring me an even better Jenna next year to befriend . Which is impossible…:)

== Feedback Careteam ==
Note from Miranda: From my perspective, it seemed to be good to have a care team. It was also important that there were 3 of us. 
A few people said it was just nice to have someone to talk to in a potentially tense moment, and felt better just after talking about something that was bothering them. Thankfully, as far as I know, there were no critical incidents. I personally felt it was a really beautiful Homemade week.

I already suggested to Oli about making a feedback form, in case there are suggestions of things to be improved or some issues people want to bring up. Thanks Oli for sending that out! 

One issue that came up a few times was about space and tensions arising from that. Some felt they were not receiving their fair share of communal space and some felt others were not willing to share the space they had taken. Maybe setting some guidelines and awareness about this for future Homemades could help with avoiding these kinds of tensions. Space can be something quite concrete (working space, space to plug into the mixer, etc...), but can also refer to something more abstract (having one's voice heard, etc..). It's important to remember from an organisational level that diverse voices must get equitable space and time for developing and showcasing their projects. 

For future editions we could also think about how to ensure a safe space for the young people. There were maybe some teasing and pranks going on which were maybe not so funny for everyone involved, as far as I understand. 

It would still be good to continue the awareness concept and action of SGMK, Homemade and Bitwäscherei in the future, for a safer space. Great work and thanks for all those who have been putting energy and care into this so far <3

== Format Vorstellungsrunde ==

I really liked the new format for Vorstellungsrunde. I was a bit worried about organisational things because we moved the introduction to the second day. I propose to have two rounds in the future: on the first day quick introduction and explaining how things work (cooking teams, organisation, work areas, etc.) and then on the second day the proper introduction round which is more about projects and people. I think it would be also good to split it up because introduction+formal stuff together takes a long time.
